I haven't done super hot today. I had a waffle for breakfast...not much sugar in it, but tons of carbs...oh, and it did have syrup on it, so I guess there was a lot of sugar afterall. I skipped lunch because I was so full from the waffle and ended up snacking on a few whole grain chips. Then dinner time rolled around. We had coupons for free tacos at Rubios...and I can't pass up FREE. I don't think the taco in and of itself is too bad...I chose shrimp. BUT...I did eat chips and beans, and a side of quac. So...dang it, I blew it the second day. Tomorrow will be better.
My goals for tomorrow:
No sweets
Get out and walk for at least a half hour at a good pace
Keep calories at 1800 or under (starting slowly)
I will be adding a weight loss bar for tracking on Monday, so watch for that.
My first goal to reach is 9lbs, then 15lbs, and then we'll go from there. I would like to lose 9 by the first week of May, and then an additional 15 by the second week of June...and then let's just say another 5 by June 21st, so that's 29 pounds by June 21st. Do you think that's attainable? Too far out there?
Love the blog. I am so happy that people blogging about losing weight. I have a few other friends that are doing it to. Reading everyones blogs keeps me motivated. We all have our days...just like I had my weekend...I did not do well this weekend. But as long as we keep truckin. Can't wait to read more about your journey.
